Current position: Since October 2010 PhD researcher (CSIC-JAE) at the Institute for Innovation and Knowledge Management –INGENIO-(CSIC-UPV).

Training and research experience: Degree in Economics, University of Valencia (2009).
Master in Business Strategy, with a research thesis titled “The role of the firms’ organizational dimension in the effectiveness of external knowledge sourcing.”
University of Valencia (2011). Currently she participates as a junior researcher in the project titled “External knowledge sourcing and firms’ performance: The role of organizational structures” (MICINN, 2011).

Professional experience: Worked as an administrative at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A. (2007).
She has also carried out tasks as translator of scientific material and as a researcher assistant in the Department of Business Administration at the University of Valencia (2005-2006).

Areas of interest: External knowledge sourcing processes and innovation, absorptive capacity and organizational design.
