Current Position: Research Technician at the Polytechnic University of Valencia and Associate Professor to the Business Administration Department, University of Valencia

Education & Experience: Monica Arroyo got her bechelor degree in Business Administration from the University of Alicante and has attended her PhD courses at Project Engineering and Innovation Programme from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. She is currently developing her Phd thesis on the Determinants of entrepreneurship university programmes.
For over 10 years she has developed his professional career at the IDEAS Institute at the Polytechnic University of Valencia as coordinator of the areas of spin-off, project management and R&D agreements and economic management. She has taught over 70 training courses specifically aimed at managers, entrepreneurs and businessmen. She is currently working with the Columbus Association of Managers in Training Entrepreneurship Programme.
With regard to research she has participated in 8 projects and R&D contracts, some of them from the EU, in areas related to innovation, innovation systems, university-industry relationship and entrepreneurship.
