Welcome to INGENIO PhD Web! We are more than 15 PhD students from different academic fields and professional backgrounds who develop their research at INGENIO (CSIC-UPV), a joint research center of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) and the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV). Among us, there are also visiting PhD students from different countries from Latin America and Europe. On this page we have pulled together some information about our seminars, calls and approaches to our researches. We invite you to surf our web and get involved in our activities.

Why do we organize PhD Days ?

PhD Days at Ingenio started in 2013 as a initiative of two PhD students, Cristian Matti and Mabel Sánchez. We are proud of this initiative and we want to contribute to developing the training and skills of PhD candidates. Our goal is to create a nice working and learning environment where we can share both our research experiences and knowledge.

Collaborative Learning Workshops

The Collaborative Learning Workshops are seminars organized by our PhD student group. We identify common and transversal interests in our career research such as qualitative software’s, field research methodologies, references techniques, etc. Our goal is to exchange our knowledge and learn from each other and share our researches. It is not only an academic space but also an opportunity to enrich our researches with others colleagues support and strengthen our relations. And, of course, having fun!
