	Final Conference FosterC FosterC is a project whose main aim is to support the modernisation of the governance, management and functioning of Belarusian Higher Education Institutions. Its Final Conference was held in Minsk (Belarus) on the 6th of December, with the participation of Irina Starovoitova, First Vice Minister of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus and Dirk Scuebel, ambassador of the European Union to the Republic of Belarus. FosterC’s team presented a general overview of all the project workshops, summarized their results and laid out the project next steps. Previously, in early, INGENIO hosted a project seminar “Updating teaching-learning approaches”. 	Clausura actos conmemorativos del 20 Aniversario de INGENIO INGENIO (CSIC-UPV) ha cumplido 20 años en 2019 y ha organizado un ciclo de actividades para conmemorarlo. A lo largo de dos décadas, el instituto ha crecido sustancialmente, y sus líneas de investigación han evolucionado ligándose a redes y proyectos internacionales. Para conmemorar su aniversario, se realizó una ceremonia de clausura el pasado mes de noviembre en el salón de actos de la Ciudad Politécnica de la Innovación (UPV). En el acto, José María Benlloch, Mª Carmen Collado y Pedro Marques debatieron sobre "La relevancia social de la investigación: desafíos desde una perspectiva intergeneracional" en una mesa redonda moderada por Jordi Molas. Sandra Boni y María Luz López Terrada presentaron una memoria histórica de los 20 años de INGENIO. [More info]
	2019 TIPC Conference The TIPC annual conference took place at Ingenio (CSIC-UPV) on 4-5th November. The focus was on understanding how academic scholars and practitioners across the globe are interpreting and enacting Transformative Innovation Policy (TIP) through research and policy actions. It offered a platform to advance a global research community on TIP, and to identify people and projects working at the intersection of innovation, policy and transformative change. [More info]
	MOTION Project kick-off meeting In November the new project MOTION held its kick-off meeting at INGENIO. MOTION will develop a methodology to support capacity building for regions and cities facing the challenge of generating system change toward a low carbon economy and society. [More info]
