In his professional career, Enrique Meseguer has 25 years of experience as a manager in a private company within the health technology sector (Director of Human Resources, Organization Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality System Management). In addition, he has worked as a European Funding Project Manager in an R&D Consulting company and as an External Consultant for the World Health Organization. He has recently participated in a research impact assessment project. He has a Degree in Psychology, an MBA degree, and a Master’s Degree in Sociology and Anthropology of Public Policies from the University of Valencia. From 2020 to 2023 he worked at INGENIO (CSIC-UPV) as a pre-doctoral researcher in several international research projects, collaborating with specialists in medical innovation, global health, epidemiology and tropical diseases, vaccine research, regulation of medical devices and in vitro diagnostics, and sociology of medicine. Enrique Meseguer's research focuses on social processes and institutional dynamics in technological innovation systems, research-based entrepreneurship, and collaborative networks in biomedical research. His research combines qualitative methods, bibliometrics, and social network analysis.
