Objectives: Present and validate a Spanish adaptation of Denison Organizational Culture Survey (Denison y Neale, 1994, 2000), a survey designed to evaluate organizational culture. Methods: the questionnaire consists of 60 items, grouped in 12 sub-scales, which identify 4 cultural dimensions. The Spanish adaptation proposed here has been applied in 488 subjects using, among other techniques, confirmatory factor analysis. (Spss 15 and EQS 6.1). Results: Results show adequate psychometric properties, especially in "Involvement"; "Mission"; and the structure of 12 sub-scales grouped in 4 cultural dimensions. Conclusions The Spanish adaptation almost fully replicates the structure of the original version in English, and seems to be adequate to evaluate organizational culture.
